Each rug, carpet or tapestry is closely examined upon arrival at our workshop. We then use our award winning "Vertical Frame Cleaning System". Cleaning a rug while suspended over a vertical frame ensures that no dirt remains during the cleaning process so that the rug remains as clean as if from new with the lustre of the wool returned. Once cleaned any remaining severe or deeply engrained stains are treated by hand.
